CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Orders purchased from the Tomeo Jewelry can be returned in their original condition for a refund within​ 7 days of receipt ​(based on USPS timestamp date received) by mail. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please email gabrielle@tomeojewelry.com​ with your order number and you will be supplied with a return authorization link.Fill out the return form provided on the website and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code. **Returns must be accompanied by the provided return form. Please secure chains in a zip lock bag in the manner they were received, i.e. clasps secured outside the seal. We will not accept items sent in envelopes (such as standard mail) and will not accept returns in packages other than padded envelopes or boxes.Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.
