How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information.  

Processing and Production Time

Orders usually takes 3-7 business day to process and produce, but production time typically increase during sales, product releases and holidays. Please keep in mind we are a small business and we try give you a special jewelry.

Priority Mail:

 1-3 Business Days - $7.90 

 Spend over $200 to receive free shipping 

Rush Orders

Due  to current demand, we aren't offering rush orders at this time. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Redirecting Orders

We areunable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information. 

 

Tracking your order

Will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Lost Package

If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
